Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without any fee. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. There is a 20-minute grace period for appointments. After 20 minutes, appointments will be considered a no-show and the no-show fee will apply. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
